Not too long ago, I met with Arizona seniors who told me what many of us have known for too long: Every day, many of our neighbors are forced to choose between filling a prescription and paying for the food on their table.

It’s an issue that’s personal to me and my family.

The costs of prescription drugs are soaring.  Here in Arizona, we pay three, four and sometimes 10 times more for prescription drugs compared to other developed countries.

I believe it’s time to do something about it.

Just last week, I voted to cap out-of-pocket insulin costs at no more than $35 per month—and I’ve twice voted to allow Medicare to negotiate for lower drug prices.

Do you think Congress should work to lower prescription drug prices?

I want to hear from you.
