WASHINGTON, D.C.—Today Rep. Greg Stanton joined leadership from the House Foreign Affairs Committee and 390 bipartisan members of Congress to introduce a resolution reaffirming America’s support for Israel.
“Hamas terrorists invaded Israel to murder as many civilians as they could, brutalizing and raping women and executing children and the elderly in cold blood. The enormous loss of life—including 11 Americans—is devastating,” Stanton said. “Congressional support for Israel is enduring, unequivocal and bipartisan–and it must remain so in their time of need. In the coming days and weeks, we must work across the aisle to get Israel the support it needs.”
