The Federal Transit Administration announced it will allocate $100 million in FY2019 Capital Investment Grant Funding to Valley Metro for the South Central extension.

The municipal drinking water, wastewater and stormwater management sector is facing extremely high turnover rates without enough skilled workers to replace them. WASHINGTON, D.C.-Today, the House passed its second appropriations bill to fund the federal government through fiscal year 2020. Rep. Greg Stanton voted in favor of the bill, which included several measures he pushed for on behalf of Arizona families.

Rep. Tom O'Halleran introduced H.R. 1569 earlier this year to amend the U.S. code to allow both Flagstaff and Yuma to hold district court proceedings. It has the support of every member of the Arizona delegation.

Stanton's resolution, H.Res. 433, responds directly to President Trump's claims that imposing tariffs on imports from Mexico is a viable economic strategy.
