Arizona is home to more than half a million veterans, and many of them face new battles when they return home.
Our service members put their lives on the line for our security, freedom and future. I am working diligently to ensure they have the resources they need and get the benefits they're entitled to.
I helped to pass the PACT Act, expanding benefits to thousands of Arizonans exposed to toxic burn pits during their service. I’m also working to improve and expand home- and community-based health care services for veterans, streamline assistance for benefit claims, and support the creation of veterans response teams in law enforcement.

WASHINGTON, DC - The House passed two bipartisan amendments led by U.S. Congressman Greg Stanton (D-AZ) to improve health care access and culturally competent care for tens of thousands of Native American veterans living in rural communities across the United States. The amendments passed unanimously as part of the Fiscal Year 2027 Veterans Affairs funding bill.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative Greg Stanton (AZ-04), a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, joined 121 colleagues in demanding immediate answers from the Administration on the killing of civilians during Operation Epic Fury, including a reported U.S. strike on an Iranian girls’ elementary school, where at least 175 civilians, many of them children, were killed.
PHOENIX—Through his "Valentine's for Vets" initiative, now in its 5th year, Rep. Greg Stanton delivered more than 1,000 cards hand-made by Mesa Public Schools students to veterans at the Arizona State Veteran Home on Monday.
"These are love letters to our veterans," Stanton said after the visit. "It teaches these young people to have appreciation for our veterans."
