MESA, Ariz. – U.S. Rep. Greg Stanton (D-Ariz.) today announced three upcoming town hall events as Congress prepares to return Sept. 2 from its annual August District Work Period. He also unveiled a new toll-free constituent services hotline to make it easier for residents to connect with his office when they need help with a federal agency.
Stanton, who represents Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, and Ahwatukee, said the efforts are about making sure constituents’ voices are heard whether they’re sharing their views on legislation or seeking assistance navigating federal services.
“As mayor and now as congressman, I’ve always believed the job is about putting people first,” said Stanton. “Too many Arizonans face busy signals, unanswered emails and closed doors when they turn to federal agencies. With Washington in chaos and agencies hollowed out by staffing cuts, I’m making sure my office is stronger, more accessible and laser-focused on one thing: my ironclad commitment to engaging with and advocating for the people I represent.”
The new toll-free constituent services hotline — 1-833-643-6114 — connects residents of Arizona’s Fourth Congressional District directly with Stanton’s staff to request help with federal agencies, schedule tours and meetings, or share opinions on legislation. The hotline will be staffed weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Arizona time. Constituents can also access services online at stanton.house.gov.
